The overall, district-wide Kids' Corner program is directed by a District Child Care Administrator.

At each school site, Kids' Corner receives leadership and supervision from the school principal.

A Site Supervisor plans and implements the child care program and works collaboratively with the site's Principal and a site Parent Advisory Committee.

Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, trained, experienced Assistants work with children in a one to ten ratio. Assistants are caring adult employees of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District.
